Right Up My Podcast
Right Up My Podcast is the podcast for those looking to explore different methods of self-care, self-love and ways to make you feel good.
Hosted by voice artist and presenter Gwen Watson and journalist and producer Kate White, Right Up My Podcast came from a mutual drive to find new ways to improve our own mental health.
Each episode we chat to a different expert about their feel-good forte, and then try it out for ourselves to see if it works... or if it doesn't.
It's frank, funny and honest, with the odd bit of over-sharing. So join us on Right Up My Podcast, because you deserve to feel good too!
Released fortnightly. Contains bad language and inappropriate laughter.
Music – Andrew Grimes. Artwork – Erica Frances George.

Ep.21 - Phone Freedom: How to change your relationship with your smartphone | Daria Kuss
Which apps are your weakness? Instagram, WhatsApp, dating apps? ALL of them? If you've ever lost precious time to your smartphone that could been spent doing something better, or even doing nothing at all, then this episode's for you.
We talk to cyberpyschology expert, Daria Kuss, about smartphone addiction. We discuss what happens to our brains when we're on our smartphones, why too much time on them can become a problem and how we can change our habits and relationship with our phones (hopefully) for good!
In a bid to break their own bad phone habits, Gwen takes on some of Daria's top tips and Kate tries out Catherine Price's 3-day Phone Break-Up Challenge and reports back with a bevy of handy tricks.
If you're interested in finding out more about Daria, she has written the following books:
