We talk to actor, conscious DJ and breathwork facilitator Luisa Bradshaw-White, live at The Big Retreat Festival. Best known for her roles in This Life, Eastenders, Bad Girls and Holby City, Luisa talks to us about one of her big passions – ecstatic dance, as well as her relationship with her mental health, breathwork and how she finds her happy.
