Right Up My Podcast
Right Up My Podcast is the podcast for those looking to explore different methods of self-care, self-love and ways to make you feel good.
Hosted by voice artist and presenter Gwen Watson and journalist and producer Kate White, Right Up My Podcast came from a mutual drive to find new ways to improve our own mental health.
Each episode we chat to a different expert about their feel-good forte, and then try it out for ourselves to see if it works... or if it doesn't.
It's frank, funny and honest, with the odd bit of over-sharing. So join us on Right Up My Podcast, because you deserve to feel good too!
Released fortnightly. Contains bad language and inappropriate laughter.
Music – Andrew Grimes. Artwork – Erica Frances George.

Ep.60 - Perimenopause and ADHD: Hormones, HRT and How to get Help | Lisa Paasche
We talk to podcast host Lisa Paasche about her experience of going through peri-menopause, which lead her to a late diagnosis of ADHD. She shares why perimenopause can be a particularly challenging time for people with ADHD, the relief that came with her diagnosis, and everything that she has learned along the way.
Lisa is the host of a new podcast called 'Am I crazy or…', which focuses on the spicy combo of perimenopause and ADHD, talking to experts about these two complex subject areas.
To find out more about the 'Am I crazy or...' podcast (launching early 2025), head to the podcast's instagram page.
The charity where Lisa went for her ADHD diagnosis is SEIK Psychiatry.
